Mistaken Identity.
My boss thinks my name is Hannah.
I've told her my name is Heather.
And I wear a name badge with my name in big bold letters.
Still she keeps on calling me Hannah.
How do I get her to stop?

Whatever her name is, start calling her something else. When she says "but my name is..." say "and my name is Heather". I'm famous for my diplomacy, me.

I don't know if I would be able to handle that -- it would drive me crazy and I would probablyl go off on her rahter quickly! I guess as long as the paycheck has the right name on it...! ;)

I did exactly what minion suggested...i.e ignore her...worked a treat and gets you out of work for quite a while!
Whoa! a little more violence than I'm comfortable with being suggested but nice thoughts anyway.
